We help our portfolio companies better recognize and excel at their competitive advantages, and prioritize accordingly. We reward appropriate risk taking via capital allocation.
Our investment philosophy is to help where we can but most importantly don’t get in the way of what is already good about the business. We are partners and while we expect a financial return, we are investing in the long-term belief in management and their ability to excel.
